• • An extensive list of kinases: Our current kinase panel comprises of 330 non-redundant wild-type kinases representing >60% of the human kinome. We also offer an extensive range of assays for mutant kinase variants.
• • A broad range of cell-based kinase assays: Our cell-based kinase assays include a large panel of target engagement NanoBRET assays, phospho-protein assays, protein degradation assays (PROTACs), cytotoxicity assays, cytokine ELISAs, and flow-cytometry assays. 
• • A variety of bio-analytical kinase assays: Our bio-analytical kinase assays support the characterization of covalent kinase inhibitors, compound stability/reactivity, prodrug load, biomarker discovery and pre-clinical assessment of the kinase drug efficacy in human and animal samples. 
• • Flexible test formats: We offer flexible test formats ranging from high throughput profiling and HTS to dose-response studies and sophisticated mechanism of action studies, including Ki, Kinact/Ki and residence time determinations. Our detection platforms include TR-FRET, ADP-formation, LC/MS/MS and microfluidic electrophoresis mobility shift technology*. 
• • Competitive pricing: We perform screening of test compounds against 330 kinase panel at very competitive price on a monthly basis.
• • Regular testing: The dose-response, mechanism of action studies, cell-based, and bio-analytical studies are performed regularly and completed within our standard 1-2 weeks turnaround time**. All assays are performed at our state-of-the-art facility in Santa Clara, California.
